General Health

We offer a 7 day general health guarantee. We require you to take your puppy to a veterinarian of your choice (Owner's expense) within 72 hours of your puppy's arrival. We wish to insure your complete satisfaction in your puppy's good health. If, during this examination, your puppy is found to have a chronic or serious health problem he/she is to be returned to us immediately for either a refund of the purchase price of the puppy or a replacement puppy from the next available litter (Breeder's choice). The Breeder reserves the right to have the puppy examined by a veterinarian of our choice prior to replacement or refund.

Your puppy will be up-to-date on vaccinations and de-worming, and you will receive a health record detailing all treatments provided.

It is the Owner's responsibility to use reasonable judgment with their new puppy. Puppies should not be brought to a public place (i.e., pet store or park) until they have completed their full cycle of vaccinations due to risk of contagious illness.

Genetic Health

Although the parents of your puppy have been cleared of hip dysplasia and retinal atrophy, we cannot guarantee that your puppy will be free of these diseases, nor can any other breeder. However, the chances of your puppy developing these problems are much less than from parents that are not cleared, or from parents who have the diseases in question.

Our dogs are guaranteed up to the age of 24 months against genetic conditions. If one of our dogs is determined by at least 2 veterinarians to have an inherited illness we will offer a refund of the purchase price of the puppy or a replacement puppy from the next available litter (Breeder's choice). You may keep the dog you have grown to love.

If prior to 24 months of age one of our dogs is determined by OFA to have a hip score of moderately or severely dysplastic the Owner must submit a copy of both x-ray and report to the Breeder.

If prior to 24 months of age one of our dogs is determined to have Central Progressive Retinal Atrophy or Progressive Retinal Atrophy by an ACVO certified veterinary ophthalmologist the Owner must submit a report to the Breeder.

We guarantee our dogs to the original purchaser only. If the dog is sold the guarantee is void.

Not included in this guarantee are health problems arising from trauma, abuse or failure to maintain general health care of the dog.

Owners must follow a regular schedule for all vaccinations including rabies and administer monthly flea, tick and heartworm medications. Records of such must be maintained.

Dogs used for breeding are not covered under the genetic health guarantee. Proof of spay or neuter will be required.

The Breeder reserves the right to have the puppy examined by a veterinarian of our choice prior to replacement or refund.

Dog Size & Coat Type

Although every effort will be made to correctly guess your puppy's mature size, no guarantee can be made as to our accuracy. In the event that your dog's mature height falls into a category that would have resulted in you paying less, a refund of the difference will be provided upon proof of dog's size.

Coat type cannot be guaranteed. Likewise, the dog is not guaranteed to be hypo-allergenic, or non-shedding.

I have read the above and agree to follow the conditions set forth in this agreement.
